Welcome to The Chief Brief by me, Maithreyi Seetharaman.

I know your in-box is precious so, I am going to make sure The CB will be a valuable tool in helping shape your leadership strategy with global ideas. Being global in thinking was something I was passionate about as Co-Chair of Most Powerful Women International and because, it just makes sense. After all, the challenges we face in 2021 are similar across the world.

The goal of The CB is to help you get to know global women leading innovation, groundbreaking research, creating conglomerates and changing government policy and the core issues driving them. They may not be in your circle, in the news you consume or even on your radar, but they are ones to know. These are global leaders: some from countries where personal branding is celebrated, and others from where it is virtually non-existent. And they are all setting the stage for the day when we will refer to them as simply ‘Leaders’, not ‘female leaders.’
